Dear Kate deposit was taken for materials such as wood floor etc. Agreement included striping wallpaper, fixing walls, painting. We striped wallpaper, cleaned dump, skimmed walls and painted your rooms. Agreement not include painting skirting, doors, radiators.KateK-33 10 Aug 2017
