The initial messages were helpful and they were expressly keen and flexible to meet our narrow timing requirements. The job was spot on! Very quick, which shows they clearly have done this time and time again. Nothing was a problem and they were very polite. They are exactly what you want when you have someone you don’t know coming into your home doing DIY. Very good indeed and highly recommend. The weekend we moved in, we ordered a large Ikea shipment to be delivered on Sunday, so I had texted Michael to have him come on Monday and put everything together. The delivery company ended up coming much earlier on Sunday than anticipated, so I sent a text to Michael to let him know. Within a few minutes, he called me to let me know he could come and assemble everything a day early. Michael worked quickly and efficiently, and the quote was very reasonable.
I have officially stored Michael’s number in my phone and he will be my go-to person for all IKEA assembly needs from now on.Report reviewAliciaGray19 Nov 2018Precise and efficient workersFlat Pack Help called in to complete an all-day assembly project after our family moved to a new house in November. Michael and his co-assembler worked tirelessly to make sure that all the work was completed in two days. We could not have been more pleased with the result.
We have 3 bedrooms and a living/TV room for which we bought the following IKEA products: BESTÅ storage combination with drawers and doors, KALLAX shelving units with inserts (door and drawers), PAX wardrobes with sliding doors (including glass mirror panels), some BILLY bookcases and a couple of pieces from the MALM range (chest of drawers and Kingsize beds). All furniture has been also fixed for children’s safety.
I’m impressed with the efficiency and precision of the work. It was also a pleasure to have the guys in our house as they were focused on work and didn’t waste time on chatting or checking their phones constantly which seems to be the bane with tradesmen nowadays.Business Response 20 Nov 2018
